My private sessions are personalised, structured and holistic.

As a therapist in training working from an integrative lens, I bring together movement, breathwork, meditation, nervous system education and reflective dialogue. These sessions are not just physical training, and they are not traditional talk therapy. They sit at the intersection of both.

Each session is tailored to you.

We begin by understanding where you are. From there, we build a framework that supports your goals in a realistic and sustainable way.

– Kriya practices to shift energy and build discipline
– Meditation guidance
– Reflective space to build awareness and clarity
– Education around stress, regulation and embodied patterns
