My workshops and events are immersive spaces designed to take you beyond a regular class format.

These offerings bring together integrated yoga, breathwork, kriya, mantra meditation and nervous system education in a way that is both structured and experiential.

Some events are focused on a specific practice, such as Himalayan breathwork, mantra initiation or kriya immersion. Others are layered experiences that combine movement, meditation, philosophy and community. Retreats offer extended space to reset, recalibrate and deepen your relationship to yourself and your practice.

All workshops are designed with a clear framework. You will understand the structure behind what you are doing and why it works - physically, mentally and energetically. We explore how breath affects energy, and how disciplined practice builds inner steadiness.

These spaces are not about intensity for the sake of it. They are about regulation, clarity and embodied growth. They are about stepping out of autopilot and into conscious participation in your own life.

You will leave with practical tools you can integrate into daily life. Real practices. Sustainable structure. A deeper sense of connection to yourself and to community.

Retreats will extend this work further. They provide time away from routine, distraction and external noise, allowing the nervous system to soften and the deeper layers of practice to emerge. Through meditation, kriya, breathwork, movement and reflection, retreats create the conditions for meaningful inner shift.
