Classes
I teach Integrated Yoga as a complete system, blending breathwork, kriya, meditation and asana into one steady, disciplined practice.
I also offer breathwork, yin, vinyasa, kriya and meditation as individual classes, each designed to deepen a specific element of the work.
Together, these practices build strength, mobility, clarity and connection - physically, mentally and energetically.

My 1:1 sessions are tailored to you. As a therapist in training working from a holistic lens, I bring together movement, breathwork, meditation and nervous system awareness to support your growth.
Whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, deepen your yoga practice, regulate your system or find more balance in your life, these sessions are personalised and intentional.
You’ll receive focused support, practical tools and space to explore in a way that feels safe, steady and sustainable for your body and mind.
